This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is issued by AXXESS Malaysia Sdn Bhd (202401051986/1597829-K) (“AXXESS”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and sets out how personal data is collected, used, disclosed, transferred, and protected in connection with the Pulse website at www.pulsemobile.com.my (the “Website”).
AXXESS is committed to complying with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”), its subsidiary legislation, guidelines issued by the Personal Data Protection Commissioner, and all other applicable data protection and privacy laws in Malaysia.

Requests must be made in writing using the contact details set out in Section 11. AXXESS reserves the right to charge a prescribed fee for data access requests as permitted under the PDPA.
