1What is Pulse?
Pulse is a next-generation mobile service that brings together high-speed mobile connectivity and valuable built-in insurance protection — all in one simple monthly plan.
2When is Pulse launching in Malaysia?
Pulse is scheduled for a soft launch in Malaysia on 1 October 2026, followed by a nationwide launch on 1 January 2027.
3How does the FREE one-month subscription offer work?
Anyone who registers their interest during the Pulse pre-launch campaign will be eligible for one month’s subscription FREE if they subsequently subscribe to Pulse within three months of its launch.
Pulse is scheduled to launch on 1 October 2026, and pre-registered customers will have until 31 December 2026 to subscribe and qualify for the free one-month subscription.
Registering your interest is completely free and does not obligate you to subscribe.

4Do I need to pay anything when I register my interest?
No. Registration is completely free and does not commit you to subscribing to Pulse.
5What insurance protection is included with Pulse?
Pulse plans include a range of built-in protection benefits, including:
- Critical Illness
- Hospital Income for illness and accidents
- Personal Accident, including Double Indemnity on Public Conveyance
- Accidental Medical Reimbursement
- Dengue Recuperation Benefit
The level of coverage varies by plan. Terms, conditions and coverage limits apply.
6Is Pulse a prepaid or postpaid mobile plan?
Pulse is offered as a hybrid mobile plan, giving subscribers greater flexibility. There is no long-term commitment, and subscribers may terminate their subscription at any time, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
7Can I keep my existing mobile number?
Yes. You can choose to keep your existing mobile number, regardless of your current telco provider, or select a new mobile number when you subscribe to Pulse.
8Is Pulse a Malaysian mobile service?
Pulse was conceived and developed in Malaysia and is being introduced as a new mobile service with ambitions beyond Malaysia. Pulse is also being developed for several international markets, including Singapore, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.

9Who is offering Pulse in Malaysia?
AXXESS Malaysia Sdn Bhd is Pulse’s exclusive partner in Malaysia, working with established telecommunications and insurance partners to deliver the Pulse proposition.
10What happens if I subscribe to Pulse 200 at age 45 and subsequently turn 46?
If you subscribe to Pulse 200 at age 45, based on your age at your next birthday, you may continue your Pulse 200 subscription after turning 46 and remain covered up to age 55, provided your subscription is maintained continuously and subject to the applicable policy terms and conditions.
11Will Pulse offer plans for people aged 46 and above?
Yes. Pulse plans to introduce specially designed plans for those aged 46 to 99 ahead of the nationwide launch in January 2027.
If you are aged 46 or above, we encourage you to register your interest. We will keep you updated and may also invite you to share your feedback as we develop these new plans.
