1. About These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pulse Malaysia website (“Website”), including your participation in the Pulse pre-launch registration campaign and your use of the Website's enquiry and information facilities.

By accessing or using this Website, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

2. About Pulse

Pulse is a mobile service brand combining telecommunications connectivity with embedded insurance protection.

In Malaysia, the Pulse programme is distributed and managed by:

For purposes of these Terms, references to “Pulse”, “we”, “us” or “our” generally refer to AXXESS Malaysia Sdn Bhd in its capacity as the company managing and distributing the Pulse programme in Malaysia, unless otherwise stated.

3. Pulse Programme Partners

The Pulse programme in Malaysia involves established service providers.

Telecommunications Infrastructure

Telecommunications infrastructure supporting Pulse is provided by U Mobile Sdn Bhd.

At the initial launch of Pulse, Pulse will operate as a reseller and the SIM card supplied to subscribers will be issued by U Mobile Sdn Bhd.

Insurance

Insurance protection made available as part of eligible Pulse plans is underwritten by AIG Malaysia Insurance Berhad.

AXXESS Malaysia Sdn Bhd, U Mobile Sdn Bhd and AIG Malaysia Insurance Berhad are separate legal entities and each is responsible for the respective products, services and obligations provided by it.

4. Purpose of the Pre-Launch Website

The Website is intended primarily to:

  • introduce Pulse to prospective customers;
  • provide preliminary information about the proposed Pulse offering;
  • allow interested persons to register their interest before launch;
  • allow visitors to submit enquiries;
  • obtain feedback regarding features and benefits prospective customers would like Pulse to offer;
  • communicate information regarding the launch of Pulse; and
  • provide information about the pre-launch promotional offer. Registration through the Website is an expression of interest only and does not constitute a subscription to

Pulse.

5. No Obligation to Subscribe

Pre-registering your interest in Pulse is free and does not create any obligation to subscribe when Pulse launches.

Similarly, pre-registration does not oblige Pulse or AXXESS Malaysia Sdn Bhd to accept a subsequent application or subscription where applicable eligibility, verification, regulatory or other requirements have not been satisfied.

A separate subscription process will apply when Pulse becomes available.

6. Pre-Launch One-Month FREE Subscription Offer

Individuals who validly register their interest during the Pulse pre-launch campaign will be eligible for one (1) month of Pulse subscription FREE if they subsequently subscribe to an eligible Pulse plan within the qualifying period.

To qualify for the offer:

  1. you must have validly registered your interest during the Pulse pre-launch campaign;
  2. you must subsequently complete the applicable Pulse subscription process;
  3. your subscription must meet the applicable eligibility and verification requirements;
  4. you must subscribe within three (3) months from the official launch of Pulse; and
  5. in all circumstances, the qualifying subscription must be completed no later than 31 December 2026.

The free subscription entitlement is subject to the applicable Pulse plan being available and the applicant satisfying the relevant subscription and eligibility requirements.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, the promotional entitlement:

  • is limited to one entitlement per eligible registrant;
  • is personal to the registered individual;
  • cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • cannot be transferred to another person; and
  • cannot be combined with another promotional entitlement where expressly excluded under the applicable promotion.

Pulse reserves the right to verify the information provided during pre-registration before applying the promotional entitlement.

7. Launch Dates and Availability

Any launch dates, availability dates, product features, pricing, coverage amounts, telecommunications allowances or other information displayed on the Website before the official launch are provided based on current plans.

While we will endeavour to keep information accurate and up to date, launch arrangements and product details may be modified where reasonably necessary due to regulatory requirements, operational considerations, partner requirements or other circumstances.

Any material changes affecting pre-registered individuals or their promotional entitlement will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

8. Information About Pulse Plans

Information displayed on this pre-launch Website regarding Pulse plans, mobile data, calls, insurance protection, pricing, eligibility or other benefits is provided for general information and pre-launch purposes. Final plan specifications will be confirmed at or before subscription.

Your subscription will be subject to the applicable subscription terms, telecommunications terms, insurance terms, policy documentation, eligibility criteria and other terms disclosed to you during the subscription process.

9. Insurance Information

Any insurance information displayed on the Website is provided as a general summary only and does not constitute an insurance contract or policy.

Insurance protection under eligible Pulse plans is underwritten by AIG Malaysia Insurance Berhad and will be subject to the applicable:

  • policy terms and conditions;
  • eligibility requirements;
  • coverage limits;
  • exclusions;
  • waiting periods, where applicable; and
  • other insurance documentation.

In the event of any inconsistency between information displayed on this Website and the applicable insurance policy documentation, the applicable policy documentation will prevail in relation to insurance coverage.

10. Telecommunications Services

Telecommunications infrastructure supporting Pulse is provided by U Mobile Sdn Bhd.

During the initial reseller phase, SIM cards supplied to Pulse subscribers will be issued by U Mobile Sdn Bhd.

Telecommunications services may be subject to network availability, coverage, device compatibility, fair usage requirements, regulatory requirements and other applicable telecommunications terms.

Actual network performance and availability may vary depending on factors including location, device, network conditions and network coverage.

11. Registration Information

When registering your interest or submitting an enquiry, you agree to provide information that is accurate and not intentionally misleading.

You are responsible for ensuring that the email address, mobile number and other contact information you provide are correct so that we can communicate with you regarding Pulse.

We will not be responsible if you do not receive communications because the contact information supplied by you was incorrect or no longer current.

12. Feedback and Preferences

During the pre-launch period, we may invite you to tell us what you would like from Pulse, including your preferences regarding:

  • mobile data and connectivity;
  • telecommunications features;
  • insurance protection;
  • customer support;
  • pricing or plan structures; and
  • other features or benefits.

Providing feedback is voluntary. Feedback may be used in an aggregated or individual form to assist us in developing, evaluating and improving Pulse.

Submitting feedback does not guarantee that any particular suggestion, feature or benefit will be incorporated into Pulse.

13. Communications With Pre-Registered Users

If you register your interest, you agree that we may contact you using the details provided for purposes connected with your pre-registration, including:

  • informing you about the Pulse launch;
  • providing information about Pulse plans;
  • explaining how to subscribe;
  • providing information regarding your one-month free subscription entitlement;
  • requesting feedback; and
  • communicating relevant updates regarding Pulse.

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time using the unsubscribe method provided or by contacting us.

14. Privacy

Your personal data will be collected, processed, used and disclosed in accordance with the Pulse Privacy Policy and applicable Malaysian personal data protection laws.

To administer the Pulse programme, relevant personal data may be exchanged between AXXESS Malaysia Sdn Bhd, U Mobile Sdn Bhd and AIG Malaysia Insurance Berhad where reasonably necessary for registration, subscription, telecommunications activation, insurance administration, customer service, regulatory compliance and related purposes.

15. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • submit false, misleading or fraudulent registration information;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or related systems;
  • introduce viruses, malicious software or harmful code;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Website;
  • scrape, copy or systematically extract Website content without authorisation;
  • impersonate another person; or
  • use the Website in a manner that infringes the rights of Pulse, AXXESS Malaysia Sdn Bhd or any third party.

We may restrict access to the Website where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the content of this Website, including the Pulse name, branding, logos, graphics, designs, text, images and other materials, is owned by or licensed to AXXESS Malaysia Sdn Bhd and/or the relevant rights holder.

The names, trademarks and logos of U Mobile Sdn Bhd, AIG Malaysia Insurance Berhad and other third parties remain the property of their respective owners. You may view and use the Website for personal and non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or otherwise use Website content without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

17. Third-Party Websites

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

These links are provided for convenience and information only. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices or terms.

Your use of third-party websites is subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third party.

18. Website Availability

We aim to keep the Website available and functioning properly but do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available.

We may suspend, modify or withdraw all or part of the Website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, operational or other purposes.

19. Accuracy of Website Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that information on the Website is accurate and current.

However, because this is a pre-launch Website, certain information may be preliminary and may change before Pulse officially launches.

Final product, service and coverage information provided at the point of subscription will take precedence over preliminary information on this Website.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AXXESS Malaysia Sdn Bhd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or similar losses arising solely from your use of, or inability to use, this Website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Malaysian law.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to:

  • the Pulse programme;
  • the Website;
  • our partners or service arrangements;
  • applicable laws or regulations; or
  • operational requirements.

The latest version will be published on the Website together with its effective date.

Changes will apply from the date the updated Terms are published unless otherwise stated.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the Website or these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, subject to any rights or remedies available under applicable Malaysian law.
